Here at GIDDY UP we strive to provide you with an easy and effortless return process. In the event you find yourself needing to return this product, please contact the GIDDY UP team by Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon receipt of your email, we will then gladly provide you with our return address along with your return confirmation number. (Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer).
Items that must be included in your return are: ALL of the empty GIDDY UP containers, a copy of your purchase invoice, and the return confirmation number you have been assigned.
It is your obligation to pay the return postage. We do recommend you opt for tracking and obtain confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes.
Note: We must receive the containers within 60 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid. We will refund your entire order, excluding shipping costs, as long as all bottles purchased are returned. Returning GIDDY UP without complying with our policy will unfortunately deem your transaction non-refundable.
We can not allow resale of GIDDY UP products. Therefore, empty bottles will be refunded only after sufficient time has passed for a single customer to drink GIDDY UP as directed. These guidelines were created to keep you satisfied, while at the same time, ensuring we can continue to provide a quality product to other happy customers for years to come.
After complying with the steps above, please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit card companies and banks, as you patiently await your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (If applicable):
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account or credit card account once more. If the refund has not yet posted, contact your bank or credit card company (It may take some time before your refund is officially posted). There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: email@example.com
We cannot accommodate cancellation requests at this time. Once an order is placed through our website, our warehouse works efficiently to ship your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders upon request due to this.
