Has GIDDY UP been approved by the FDA?

No. Dietary supplements are stringently regulated, but are not approved by the FDA. All dietary supplements must comply with the provisions of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act as regulated by the FDA.

Who should NOT take GIDDY UP?   

  • Women who are pregnant or nursing

  • Children under 18

  • People diagnosed with phenylketonuria (PKU)

  • You have been advised by your physician to avoid stimulants or caffeine

Does GIDDY UP contain sugar?

GIDDY UP has 6 grams of sugar.

Why doesn’t GIDDY UP come in a pill form?

Science has proven that liquids are more easily absorbed by the body and faster acting than pills or tablets.* 

What is niacin flush?

A small percentage of people are sensitive to niacin (Vitamin B3) and may experience a “niacin flush” (hot prickly feeling, skin redness) that lasts a few minutes. This is caused by niacin increasing blood flow near the skin. This can be avoided by taking half a bottle or less at a time.

How many bottles of GIDDY UP can I take per day?

We recommend taking one bottle per day, but no more than two bottles per day should be consumed. If the consumer chooses to consume two bottles in one day, they should be spaced several hours apart.

Caffeine provides a feeling of alertness and energy. Does not provide caloric energy. Nor proven to improve physical performance, dexterity or endurance.

Can Consuming 8333% of Vitamin B12 be dangerous?

No. The levels of B12 are within safe limits. The Recommended Daily Allowance is a minimum daily amount set by the Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine.

Why does GIDDY UP contain crystalline fructose?

Most crystalline fructose is approximately 98 percent pure fructose with a small amount of water and trace minerals. When crystalline fructose is combined with another simple sugar, glucose, it is called high fructose corn syrup (HFCS). Compared with HFCS, crystalline fructose is less likely to cause dental cavities. It also has the advantage of producing a smaller rise in blood glucose levels making it a better choice for individuals with diabetes. Consumers should be aware that research continues on the effects of crystalline fructose and HFCS on blood lipid levels and appetite control.*

Does GIDDY UP contain caffeine?                

Yes. It contains less caffeine than a 12 ounce cup of the leading premium coffee. Caffeine products should be limited to avoid nervousness, sleeplessness, and occasional rapid heartbeat. Do not take if you are pregnant or nursing, or under 18 years of age. If you are taking medication and/or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. 300mg to 400mg of caffeine is considered moderate daily consumption*

Does GIDDY UP contain Phenylketonurics?   This product contains phenylalanine. This warning is for people with the genetic disorder phenylketonuria only.
